At Kalani Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy so that you can return products within a specified time.
We are happy to accept returns for products that were purchased directly from Kalani Living through our website. However, products purchased through our affiliate links to Farmasi are subject to Farmasi’s return and refund policies and must be returned directly to Farmasi.
WHEN CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?
- Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with the original packaging if possible.
- We do not accept returns on opened, used, or customer-damaged products.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
- Request a return authorization by contacting us via email at contact@kalaniliving.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 business days.
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
- Sale or discounted items: Purchases made with discounts are not eligible for refunds unless the product is defective.
- Shipping fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product received is defective.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@kalaniliving.com and we will provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item instead of returning it, follow the same return process and then make a new purchase.
